No sugar? How are they sweetened?
High&Miri does not add sugar to its products. We use monk fruit as the sweetener.
What is monk fruit?
Monk fruit, also known as lo han guo, is a small fruit native to southern China. Its sweetness comes primarily from compounds called mogrosides rather than conventional sugars.
Where do you deliver?
High&Miri ships throughout the continental United States. For orders outside the continental United States, please contact us.

Are High&Miri products vegan?

What about other allergens?
High&Miri coconut roasted nuts are dairy-free, sodium-free, vegan, naturally gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, and low carb.
Are these truly diabetic friendly?
High&Miri products contain no added sugar, though naturally occurring sugars may be present in the nuts themselves. Individual sensitivities vary, so we recommend consulting your doctor and monitoring your own response when first enjoying our products.
Are there any allergens at your facility?
We take measures to keep almonds and cashews separate; however, cross-contact between almonds and cashews is possible. If you are allergic to almonds or cashews, please take this into consideration before purchasing our products.
